Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

For attendee refunds or downgrades, send written notice to MMPI Canada Inc. via fax 1-877-906-2124 no later than Oct. 15, 2008. For requests received by Oct. 15, 2008, your registration fee (or the difference in fees) will be refunded, less a 20% handling charge; No credits are given for late notices or no shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received by Oct. 15, 2008. MMPI Canada Inc. reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.

Continuing Education Credits

Buildex, Construct & DesignTrends Calgary seminars are approved for continuing education credits with the following associations:

AAA (Alberta Association of Architects) – status of self-reporting vs core accreditation is pending approval. Please check AAA website for updates.

IDA (Interior Designers of Alberta)

BOMI (Building Owners and Managers Institute) Canada

Accreditation forms with instructions will be available outside of each conference room. Please use one form for the duration of the conference and ensure you have it stamped for each session you attend. For AAA and IDA, forms can be submitted to the conference room monitors, to registration or can be mailed directly to the event producers (address listed on the form) for submission to each association. BOMI credits are to be self-reported only.
