As an exhibitor, more often than not, the focus at tradeshows is on meeting NEW contacts. This is important BUT there’s a very strong likelihood that some of your current clients know many of your current prospects. Make effective use of your tradeshow time by networking with your existing clients at the show as well. The section is dedicated to helping you promote your presence and hopefully BUILD TRAFFIC TO YOUR BOOTH – both prospects and clients.

Below are three simple ways to build traffic via email and see more clients & prospects at the show. You can simply cut & paste to the bottom of your emails leading to the show or if you prefer, send out a specific email announcing your exhibit plans and a reminder to visit your booth.

Passport Program

Do you want to increase traffic to your exhibit? The Passport Program is for you! Valued at $1,000!

How it works:

  • All attending delegates will receive a passport at registration.
  • The passport will profile 15 participating firms including their logos. Delegates then visit the 15 participating exhibitors' booths to have their passport stamped. Delegates must collect all 15 stamps on the passport to enter the draw for the grand prize (TBA).
  • A draw box will be positioned with promotional signage at the trade show entrance.
  • Cost: $250.00. Covers production & printing.
